On behalf of the HR Cattle Co Crew, thank you for taking the time to look through our set. A common phrase during sale season, but we absolutely mean it when we say this is the best set we have put together yet! There is a wide variety of breeds, types and kinds! We would love to show these cattle to you in person either during our open house or by appointment leading up to the sale. We love working as a team with the families that purchased from us in the past. Our family will do our best to make it to the Ohio BEST shows, Jr Nationals and fall shows. All cattle will be BVD tested prior to leaving our facility. Each animal at the HR show barn past 10 days after the online auction will be charged $7.50 per day to cover feed. If the HR crew is to prepare your purchase at our show barn for shows, there will be an additional charge of $20.00 per day. HR Cattle reserves the right to two flushes at sellers expense and buyers convenience on all females selling. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out.

While those past females certainly saw their fair share of success, I think this gal’s ceiling is as high as any. A breed outlier in terms of shape and look, while still having the ‘extras’. Comments:A high percentage chi heifer with some actual genuine width and dimension! If you want a huge bodied and cowy featured one, stop scrolling. Cattle like this make cheap feed bills and never get beat in the ring on body shape. On a halter and dressed for show, I think this one competes at a high level. Once this heifer hairs back up I think she will be a force in the show ring. Comments:This maine-angus is one that our crew is really excited about. She was raised by our good friend Thomas Willis in West Virginia. Her build and flexibility is amazing. I think she combines the softness of the angus breed while still being square built, dimensional in her hip and extra neat up front. Although green right now, her maturity pattern is right on track to be ultra competitive come junior national time, right into state fair season and fall shows. Really neat one here! Comments:What an interesting combination lot 7 puts together! Another Ace 2 daughter with a unique twist of pedigree. Lot 7 has monstrous feet and legs that still work flawlessly like good breeding cattle should. She’s got an extra shot of power up high but still looks smooth and feminine from the side. This is a true combination female that will be ultra fun to jackpot with and still have the extra gear needed to be competitive into the summer. Comments:This is the freak of the group! 11 has ultra high end pieces to be big time next summer and fall. She came in skinny and a bit immature, but don’t bet against ones that look like this. Physical attributes aside, the genetic potential of this one is unreal. She’s over 21% chi… that is not a typo… and when mated to angus, the resulting progeny are actually registered chiangus! Read that sentence twice. Very unique mating potential on this one. The Ynot cow family has been a lethal force for the Winegardner-Klingaman crew and I truly feel she can follow right in line. Comments:This little June calf is certainly interesting. She was too young to wean with the rest of the sale calves, but has too much quality to not be offered here, so she is still on the cow. Power, look and presence best describes this lot, and it helps her full sister was a state fair champion for the Jennings family in 2021! Study this one closely and don’t be afraid to take a chance on a half clipped, partially broke summer born. She needs to make the trek to Grand Island next year for junior nationals.
